2024 Marbled Diary - Compact - Birdwing
This 2024 weekly diary features a striking original marbled paper produced by hand in our London studio. The pattern, inspired by a flurry of birds taking flight, was made by laying paints onto a thickened water base and drawing a series of styli and combs through the floating paints, creating an increasingly more intricate effect.
Original marbling is fractal-like in its incredible detail and the pigments sitting directly on the paper (as opposed to printed inks) mean that the vibrancy of colour cannot be imitated.

Every item is unique
All our products are made using original marbled papers, individually made by hand in our studio in London. Marbling is a process combining print-making, science and art, made by floating paint in a tray of thickened water and transferring it onto paper.
This means no two books are the same - so yours may not perfectly match the photos but it will be just as beautiful.
