Refund policy

No worries – if you change your mind about your product, we are happy to provide you with a refund, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and send it back to us within 28 days. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return postage costs, or offer refunds on personalised items. 

If you change your mind before receiving the product, just drop us a line and we’ll cancel your order and flag your order for a full refund.

Damaged goods

We take utmost care to ensure your book is hand-made to the highest quality and is packaged carefully to ensure you receive a beautiful, functional item but, in the event you do receive a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will replace it.
